PRODUCTS
Mimo Bloom specializes in personalized products made to order using the photos, information, and customization details provided by the customer.
Because each product is individually made, slight variations in color, positioning, cropping, or appearance may occur. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Mimo Bloom reserves the right to change product prices, promotions, discounts, and offers at any time.
Any price change will not affect an order that has already been placed and paid for.
PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all information before completing their purchase, including:
• Photos uploaded
• Names and spelling
• Dates
• Design selections
• Quantity
• Personalization details
• Shipping address
Orders are produced based on the information submitted by the customer.
Once production has begun, personalized orders cannot be modified or canceled except where required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
CUSTOMER CONTENT & PHOTO RIGHTS
By uploading or submitting photographs, artwork, text, names, or other content to Mimo Bloom, you represent that:
• You own the content or have permission to use and reproduce it.
• You have the necessary rights and permissions to have the content printed on your personalized product.
• Your submission does not knowingly violate another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
Mimo Bloom does not claim ownership of the personal photographs or other content submitted by customers.
PROMOTIONAL USE OF CUSTOMER PHOTOS
Mimo Bloom may ask customers for permission to use photographs of their finished personalized products for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes.
This may include displaying the finished product or customer-provided photographs on:
• Instagram
• TikTok
• Facebook
• Pinterest
• Mimo Bloom's website
• Online advertisements
• Promotional emails
• Printed marketing materials
• Other Mimo Bloom promotional channels
PROMOTIONAL USE IS OPTIONAL.
By selecting the promotional-use authorization at checkout, you grant Mimo Bloom a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to photograph, reproduce, display, publish, and use the authorized product and related customer-provided content for the promotional purposes described above.
This permission may include photographs in which people, names, dates, messages, or other personal content appear as part of the personalized product.
You represent that you have the necessary permission from any identifiable individuals whose images or personal content you submit for promotional use, or that you are otherwise legally authorized to provide that permission.
If a photograph includes a minor, you represent that you are the minor's parent or legal guardian, or that you have obtained the necessary permission from the parent or legal guardian for the promotional use described above.
Mimo Bloom will not intentionally use customer-provided photographs for promotional purposes when the customer has not selected or otherwise provided the requested promotional authorization.
You may contact Mimo Bloom to withdraw your promotional-use permission for future uses. Withdrawal of permission will not automatically require removal of materials that were already published, printed, distributed, or incorporated into advertising before the withdrawal request was received, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
CUSTOMER REVIEWS & SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT
If you voluntarily tag, mention, or send Mimo Bloom photographs, videos, reviews, or other content through social media, Mimo Bloom may request permission to repost or use that content for marketing purposes.
We will not represent that a customer endorses Mimo Bloom or its products unless the content or communication truthfully reflects the customer's experience.
PRIVACY
Mimo Bloom respects your privacy.
Personal information submitted through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Issues resulting from content submitted by the customer that violates the rights of another person.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mimo Bloom's liability relating to a product or order will be limited to the amount paid for the affected product or order.
